This book will teach you to configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME) using the command line interface (CLI). In the scope of protocols, it can be possibly divided into three parts. The first part deals with the Signaling Connection Control Part (SCCP) configuration tasks. The second part is side-by-side Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) variant of the first part. The third part presents so-called hybrid configuration tasks, where both protocols coexist in CUCME. This book covers a wide range of configuration tasks from basic to advanced ones. After completing this book, you should be able to create functional VoIP solution based on CUCME and you should be able to administrate it.
